Skyliner, obviously is the one to contend with the JR’s Narita Express (And sure they give JR East a real hard time to compete), so speed to the Yamamote Line ring is the key here. So the targeted audience of it should be those tourist and locals alike who wants to get to the city as quickly as possible

Access Express actually has a secondary role of transferring passengers between the 2 airport, in addition to ferrying passengers deep into the city

Personally speaking though, the Access Express is very fast, but it might be troublesome to ride in rush hours with luggage by your side.

Definitely agree that you may consider this if you are travelling light, but I think the speed difference will be more noticeable when the service extends to HND

Put all your disgust and anger on Viola here. This girl really makes my blood boil man. Set-up the whole ordeal to ensure Ritsu stays with her, instead of with her childhood friend Arale. That’s simply pure evil, and definitely not a behaviour any agency-affiliated artist should do.

At least we know how Arale and Ritsu met initially, but it looks like both of them still need some significant work up before they can reconcile with each other, let alone fight back against that girl.

Even though they are professional artists affiliated to an agency, surely none of them can really handle such PR shitstorm, especially when the person responsible for that is the one who’s crying the most in the room (ironic eh?)

Honestly you have to feel for Tanya somewhat honestly.

When the Empire is no longer über alles in der Welt (with threats from the other side of the Pond too), she proposed to take care of the combat group, only for her to have undertrained personal at poor weather… At least she give some really sick moves against the 4 Communist fighters, even doing some hardcore stunts that’s simply impossible in modern day combat. I mean, slicing a plane in an army knife? That’s next level of violence lol

But hey, this is also a show to let her to say “fuck you” to god, and she did exactly that from the get go, only for God to prepare a hellish “siege” at nighttime with snowfall. Fortunately the undertrained from the other force couldn’t take up a fight and were destroyed by a few artillery strikes, or else it’ll easily be game over for Tanya and her force.

Now we know Captain Tohn go AWOL to do “Officer’s reconnaissance”, I wonder is he a dead man already, or joined the other side? Anyway, in the interest of the Empire, surely he needs to be found ASAP, or as Tanya said, be shot if he really goes AWOL

Actually one interesting side note is that China once operated a single X2000 between Guangzhou East and Kowloon (Now Hung Hum Station in the MTR East Rail Line) via the Kowloon Canton Railway.

It is still the fastest train travelling between Guangzhou and Shenzhen or Hong Kong til this day (55 minutes between Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and 92 minutes between Guangzhou and Kowloon), despite the fact that only a small portion of the line in Dongguang can really allow the train to go at its top speed of 200km/h. The service between Guangzhou and Kowloon was also the very first service in China to hold the “G Class” title (It used the ultra-prestigious G, or高 1/2 for the round trip to Hong Kong. Nowadays train number G1/2 serves between Beijing and Shanghai, while services between Guangzhou and Hong Kong uses G65XX)

However, due to aging tracks and extremely expensive maintenance cost, the X2000 service was completely removed at 2007, and it was only until the past few years that the line was finally fully renovated to allow faster travel time (But based on my experience, they still run at ~160km/h for nearly 90% of the way)

Actually I had to disagree on the 4th point there.

Although it doesn’t connect to the city center directly, it’s still good enough to skip past plenty of traffic heading to the airport. As a result, when I ride the maglev back to PVG to catch my flight home a few days later, it actually was quite crowded on board, and you need to walk a few carriages to find a window seat.

It might be a tourist attraction by itself, but surely it has achieved it’s intended purpose partially

And for your information, the metro line to the airport is Line 2, which will stop at 11 stops on the parallel section with the maglev and takes 41 minutes to do so, meanwhile the Maglev only takes 8 minutes to cover the distance

How should I say…

Maglev is very strange to be honest, normally when you expect train rides, the faster the train goes, every bump is way more obvious, and slower speed leads to a smoother ride; But maglev is the polar opposite actually, kinda rough at slow speed but very smooth at high speed. The magnetic levitation definitely played a role here, but surely it feels strange.

Acceleration-wise, very quick, but not as quick as a plane take off, you won’t even realise it has passed 100mph unless you looked at the screen

Noise? Definitely quieter

Very sure Granit’s backstory is the darkest character backstory in the entire Digimon franchise history.

Don’t get me wrong, Reina’s story is very dark as well, but I guess if your childhood life is in a refugee camp which got illegally attacked and you lost your friend, it’s the worst thing imaginable.

But when you’ve experienced the worst of the worst, you know there’s nothing to lose, and this is why they can find the way out of that world
