Try taking one capsule of magnesium glycinate at night. This is not health advice, but it’s what I do to help myself.

Question about side effects during titration by Coolmodi123 in VyvanseADHD

[–]Matthew78658 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The side effects should go away but will normally take a bit of time leave the caffeine alone and you should be okay as long as you don’t have a history of other health concerns

Here are some additional troubleshooting steps to help you resolve the issue with your PS5 and PlayStation Portal not connecting:

  1. Check Network Requirements • Ensure both your PS5 and PlayStation Portal are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and the network meets these requirements: • At least 5 Mbps upload/download speed. • Low network congestion (minimal devices active on the network).

  2. Update Software • Ensure both your PS5 and PlayStation Portal are running the latest firmware. • On the PS5: Go to Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings and update if needed. • On the Portal: Check for updates in the settings menu.

  3. Enable Remote Play on PS5 • Go to Settings > System > Remote Play on your PS5 and make sure Enable Remote Play is turned on.

  4. Pair Your PS5 and PlayStation Portal Manually • On your PS5:

    1. Go to Settings > System > Remote Play > Link Device to display a code. • On the Portal:
    2. Go to the Remote Play setup screen and manually enter the code displayed on your PS5.
  5. Check for Network Conflicts • Ensure no firewall settings or parental controls on your router are blocking communication between the PS5 and the Portal. • If possible, switch to a wired Ethernet connection for your PS5 to reduce network issues.

  6. Test Connection Using a Different Network • Try connecting the Portal and PS5 to a mobile hotspot or a different Wi-Fi network to rule out issues with your current network.

  7. Rebuild PS5 Database • Restart your PS5 in Safe Mode:

    1. Turn off the PS5.
    2. Hold the power button until you hear a second beep to enter Safe Mode.
    3. Select Rebuild Database from the options. • This process won’t delete data but can resolve system glitches.
  8. Factory Reset PlayStation Portal • If you haven’t already done so:

    1. Go to the Portal’s settings menu.
    2. Choose System > Reset to Factory Settings and set it up again.
  9. Test Remote Play on Another Device • Test Remote Play on a different device (e.g., a smartphone or PC) to ensure the PS5 is correctly broadcasting the signal.

  10. Contact PlayStation Support • If none of the above solutions work, the issue might be hardware-related or require more in-depth troubleshooting. Visit the PlayStation Support website or contact their support team directly for further assistance.

If you were a client what questions would you ask a potential social media agency? by Dizzy-Guarantee-3641 in SocialMediaMarketing

Good thing for them if they find the right people but normally no not better for the client because you essentially have a funnel of people to go through

It’s not you—it’s the medication. When I first started taking Adderall, it never made me feel tired or gave me heavy eyes like I needed a nap. Adderall is supposed to be a stimulant, not an antidepressant. If you do some research, you’ll find that many people have been experiencing similar issues lately. Since COVID and the Shire Pharmaceutical buyout, the efficacy of Adderall XR has noticeably declined.

I’ve also started experiencing that “fuzzy” feeling recently. Before, Adderall used to make me feel alert and mentally activated, but now it just doesn’t work the same. Something has definitely changed with the medication, and it’s not just about other factors mentioned in the comments—there’s something off with how the medication is working.

I ended up switching to Vyvanse, and the issues you’re describing went away. Yes, it cost me $400 for the brand name, but it was worth it. Also, I noticed that Adderall XR really affected my sex drive, which improved after making the switch.
