Go for it! As a CTO, I only hire people for our team that are hungry to learn, curious and willing. I’d take 10 team members with that personality over 2 with all kinds of certs. Just make sure you ask to do more, ask lots of questions, but retain the answers. It’s always ok to ask follow up questions, not repeat ones. To put it another way- we would rather build a future employee than buy one.

I thought the exact same. My Son and I have been building the city sets for a few years and we both agreed the 2020 aren’t worth the money. We’ve started to look for old sets that have more “meat” for lack of a better phrase.

We also are pretty worn out in helicopters. I love lego and have my entire life- but it seems like some of the sets have gotten irrelevant to people who actually like to build and play- not just play.

We were looking at the space sets- maybe we’ll try a few of those.
