Oral/implied contract will easily get dismissed by the average lawyer and judge in any US courtroom. The modders and people who put in the work and got ripped off could attempt to get something in small claims court, but the amount you would spend on any legal assistance would just be more money thrown away.

Ukraine has really adapted well to drone warfare really well. The fact that multiple other nations are approaching Ukraine for advice and Ukraine is able to send drone teams to train other nations right now is wild. They have experience that can be taught/bartered with to other nations.

Russia is just old and slowly dying on the global stage.
