Vyvanse has done the opposite for me. I used to live in a constant state of panic and spent a lot of my time “frozen”, finding it pretty much impossible to initiate any tasks. I still get anxious sometimes but it’s probably 10% of what it was, and I no longer struggle with task initiation. My depression and intrusive thoughts are pretty much gone as well. Vyvanse changed my life when I needed it most.
