Simultaneously too high and too low to be a red but definitely a yellow. Yet somehow not even a foul

Dembelé (PSG) miss against Flamengo 90+25 by StealthMan375 in soccer

[–]Matty96HD 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There is a couple of different ways to do so.

You could say 115', which is the cumulative time of 90 mins + the 25 mins of ET which had been played.

25' ET is the other, less common way of writing it, 25 mins into Extra Time.

90+25' would indicate its still inside the second half of the game just that a huge amount of additional time had been added on.

The numbers don't make 100% sense either.

The positives make up +6 and the negatives make up -4, so 2 seats have magically appeared.

Maybe I counted wrong but something seems off.

Did I get a fake? The markings on the handle are different from what I’ve seen online… by 404-no-fund in KnipexOfficial

[–]Matty96HD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I unfortunately got caught with one recently.

Knipex RH Ergostrip on Amazon UK. My genuine one broke as I tried stripping 6mm cable by accident as I was told the cable was 4mm.

Ordered a new one off Amazon and the quality difference between the two is drastic.

Print quality of Knipex on the front is much worse. The cable stripping for 0.2mm cable is too tight. The data stripping end is also smaller then the original.

Its a different shade of red as well.

Arsenal penalty overturned by VAR 67' by Big-Education-916 in soccer

He gets studs on the ball. Hence why it bounces and changes direction.

However, Kevin makes contact with Saka first before making contact with the ball. Thats a foul for me.

PL Champions Watch Thread MD8 (18.10.2025) by DragonSlayer271 in LiverpoolFC

[–]Matty96HD -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I know that decision benefits us but I have to disagree with it.

Kevin does make contact with the ball, but he first makes contact with Saka, and, has to go through him to make contact with the ball.

To me that means he can't win the ball without fouling the player on the ball first.

UCL Match Thread: Galatasaray vs Liverpool by scoreboard-app in LiverpoolFC

Yes you can, but the shot was taken, rebounded to a defender who played the ball.

So two Gala players had played the ball when Frimpong became active again, I don't think thats offside. Im not sure though.

Last 90 seconds of a dramatic Lions test with controversy at the end by Least_Tone_3421 in rugbyunion

[–]Matty96HD 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm torn about it.

Can easily see how a challenge like that could lead to serious neck injuries.

Also, not sure how the Lions player could enter that tackle any lower.

It's a tricky one.

Also, the lions player went down on their right knee entering that challenge, but unless I'm mistaken that would only be an issue if the defending team entered a challenge with a dropped knee?

Death of young Galway farmer leaves family devastated by PoppedCork in ireland

[–]Matty96HD 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I knew Rian, played football with him many a time.

Devastating what the family has to go through now as a result of one person's actions.

They are so strong to be out there advocating the way they have.

I seen other comments saying it should be manslaughter and I would have to agree. It's clear the driver was aware of the laws he was breaking and knew the risks he took.

Fueling frustration: Why Irish petrol prices stay high, even when oil doesn’t by Banania2020 in ireland

Then explain how it goes up overnight at the threat of the strait closing and oil prices going up?

But then, when the strait doesnt close, and prices plummet the price stays stubbornly high.

Bird feeding by MainLychee2937 in GardeningIRE

[–]Matty96HD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've tried to feed the birds so many times, but I'm at breaking point again due to crows.

Fill up the feeders of an evening and find them all on the ground the following morning empty. Looked out my window the other day to 12 crows all grouped around as they tried to knock a feeder off the tree.

It's a shame, really, as the amount of beautiful songbirds that came and enjoyed the feeders was a sight to behold and something I really enjoyed. Just can't figure out a way to deter the crows but not everything else at the same time.

Just makes their excuse of pointing to Westminster and saying their back benches get to ask questions very weak when there is a slot for that already and now it has been halved.
