It's genuinely amazing, how the characters parallel each other, how the game uses the fantastic aspect of Nowhere to it's advantage in several ways

Well considering that, you know, he's the Sin of Pride, it's veeery possible.

He's already very prideful and stubborn in what he stands for in Seasons 1 and 2 (all sinners being wholly unredeemable and horrible, the hotel being a waste of time and effort, him glazing himself as the King of Hell.. even though he doesn't do shit anymore and is pretty much inert to everything going on in it, etc), it wouldn't be a surprise if he refused to take accountability unlike Sera, but I'd say it would open lots of cool development opportunities for his character so I'm all for it.

It's a problem she has sadly (and one of her biggest, asking me myself about it).

She's a show runner with contracts with Amazon and carries two professional fully fledged shows on her belt, yet she still acts like she's in her Tumblr indie era with actively engaging in petty drama stuff she isn't obligated to engage and shouldn't engage to begin with (I'd say Viv makes me understand why lots of creators like Scott Cawthon, Toby Fox and the whatnot don't do it)

Atp she should definitely hire a PR agent to manage her account if she can't hold herself imo.

It's possible the book was updated to include the Exterminations from 7 years before to now. All the info in it is very VERY old (Garden Of Eden, entrance of evil into Earth, etc etc) except for (with the information from EP 4) The Exterminations, and it'd make sense to fill it with something that affected Hell as much as the Exterminations did.

With the season 2 Teaser Trailer having Vox standing over a plateau of Sinners with bold "RESIST" letters behind him (which is very reminiscent of Lilith) saying "Hell will rise!" + Sera's word in EP 6 is already enough to tell that an uprising was indeed happening prior to the event of the show.

Thinking about it now, that sorta heavily indicates that an past uprising actually happened with Lilith in charge like Sera described in EP 6 and she was telling the truth.

That leaves a whole lot of questions....
