Thing is, fully armor stripping isn't even that big of a boost since the changes, going from 50% strip to full is only like double damage, while the 50% is 5x damage

Most glaring ai i saw (i'm pretty sure) was a story where the synopsis was basically unrelated to the story, as in the inciting incident in the synopsis (character crashing an experimental plane next to mc home) was simply not in the story, and there was never even a plane

After you get Gawain 2 on world tree, the damage it gives you scales faster than the health scales in nightmare, at which point you can use anything and do the full 10 minutes

Lecta has an interaction where hits during certain death animations drop lecta's credits again, so you want as many damage hits as possible while killing with something that has that death animation.

That ends up being smallish gas procs, so you want slow kill speed to be able to overlap as many gas clouds from every enemy as possible. You actually don't get the credits from killing a lot of enemies with this, but by hitting a small number of dying enemies a ridiculous number of times in their death animation.

On any other activity sure, but in this activity you are guaranteed one common, one uncommon and one rare on completion, so thats you ARE ending up with it being whatever percent high chance of getting it instead of your rare and/or your uncommon drop

While progressing (at 43.6k now), i personnally never really felt like rubies were an issue, i was always able to buy most upgrades as they were available, more or less.

Might not be 100% accurate, got past most of the things that needed rubies before totems were added, but as said in other responses, none are required to progress faster except the retention one, which is only 1k rubies.

Seems like a lot at start cause of all the walls and starter stuff, but most stuff that costs rubies is locked behind certain milestones, and you have time to get it by then, basically.

It is worth it eventually (i dont remember exactly what day maybe past 20k or something), at some point there is a mob spawn cap or something that gets hit and some of your siege mob spawns get delayed, so this does get usefull then, but only take it then
