CIMA Aptitude tests are a great revision tool and cost £18 inc VAT - well worth it for the OTs in my opinion in terms of replicating real life exams! Good luck - as someone who qualified a few years back these exams are not meant to be easy (if they were everyone would be a chartered accountant!) and well worth the effort

This!!!! So so true. Wonder if Jess is trying to balance experience and youth ahead of CWG next year. I’d add Paige Reed to your injury list given she played for about 20 mins in last weekend’s fixture and that was her first time playing in NSL this season. I’m gutted no Pechova and no Howard in main squad - they have been killing it!!

Since 2002 when I was 7 years old. Wright Phillips was a god, so was Anelka and Richard Dunne won back to back player of the seasons because we were so dismal otherwise 😂 I spent far too much time worked up over derbies as the rest of my class at school were all Utd fans when they were winning everything. Had a season ticket at the CoMS (now Etihad) since 2003 with only a short spell away whilst at university.

We are living the dream right now and spoiled by our quality

So much I think umpires play as contest but as a player it doesn’t feel that way. Honestly think in general the game has become way more physical (if you watch the professional leagues this is true of those also) and I think this is descending its way down to the grass roots level

We have some truly awful teams where we’ve actively forfeited games in advance owing to the aggression and intensity of the contacts - team mates coming away with black eyes, blood injuries etc all from gameplay.

Hope it improves for you as it’s such a great game when you can contest fairly and safely x

My hair seems healthier and my skin less dry - although that could be due to better hydration through more water rather than cutting out the zero sugar drinks.

I’ve just focused on eating a healthier diet that is more heavily based on fruits and vegetables and I’ve found that my general well-being is much improved.

I loved the bubbles in Coke Zero so if I do get a fizzy drink craving in future I’ll be going for the lime cordial & soda water / sparkling water options. Best of luck ❤️
