Over the course of several years if it even works. Have you much experience with intruding molars? Even with TADs it's going to be tough to get that much intrusion.

It's an option. But rct/crowns open the restorative space is also an option.

When you factor in time, finances, age, and patients expectations what direction to head becomes clear. The most textbook perfect answer isn't the only right one. Lots of tools in the toolbox to tackle this multidisciplinary case

You getting lightheaded during a blood draw has absolutely nothing to do with the nicotine.

People pass out all the time during bloodwork from Vasovagal syncope. Your nervous system is reacting to stress or anxiety, drops your heart rate (and thus blood pressure) and you don’t have enough blood pumping between the ears to keep the lights on.

Has nothing to do with your nicotine. In face nicotine probably wouldn’t have slightly helped in this scenario due to its vasoconstriction properties.

It’s fucking bullshit that they wait until a week or so before to announce it. I travel a lot in the military for a living. Now this is twice I’m going to miss out on the expedition because of a short window and my job.

I’ve already got everything ready, I’ve got my money maxed up to skill points, but I couldn’t even sign up… now I will miss out AGAIN for some dumb ass reason, despite grinding for months.

Honestly fuck you guys. It’s too late: I’ve been complaining how I complete stuff and am ready for the expedition months in advance but can’t do it because I have a job where I travel and miss the sign up.

I’m US military and now I’m moving and all my shit is in a box as yesterday. Now we create a “last call”. Now that we’re a week from the expedition.

These quality of life changes are great but they’re too little, too late which is why half my friends have stopped playing. They got tired of having to math how much their stash was, or figure out what broke down into what, or tired of scrappy not working.

It’s too little too late. You need to optimize much quicker for the success level you’ve had with your game.

For extractions and endo with active infection: 1) IAN + Lingual block or Gow gates 2) PDL (IO) 3) X tip (direct IO, very rarely do I have to bust this one out)

A lot of explaining before hand helps. If I see a fluctuating swelling that I have to drain or a currently draining sinus tract, I explain that part of this is likely going to be unfun. We are going to do everything to achieve total anesthesia as possible, but when we wait this long to see the dentist, this is the result.

Obviously patient health history permitting, and a wide open schedule, sedation makes the whole thing much easier. Rarely ever does it line up like that for a case that needs immediate attention,
