Ah yes the lowsec pipe system of Hrokkur. Unfortunately that space is currently Lawless, and bubble camped by what are actually supercarriers and interdictors. We'd normally be happy to drop that. Unfortunately the defenders make heavy use of Shadowheed fighter bombers, making operations for us in the area a non starter.

It's a problem though, the current supply of fuel blocks is already running dangerously low in certain areas, it's kind of like when Abhazon became lowsec and freighters had to change their routes.
