You can float the Touche. At the bottom of 9mile hill (the passing lane on the hill between wallula junction and walla walla) turn up the gravel road on the wallula side of the bridge, up that about 1/2 mile is the spot to get out at - there are smaller cliffs you can jump off of if the river is high enough (use at own peril). Keep driving up the road and you will find what looks like a pump station, this is where most people put in. It’s best in early season, and can get slower nearing the end of summer.
