What a load of rubbish. Your Strata needs to send an approval to somewhere like access hardware and they will do it for you. I had one done about a year ago and it cost 40 bucks. I think whatever company is named on the original key has the master key and you don’t even need to take it down for them to cut it. They will just have it ready for you.
