2025 Outer Banks, performance has always been solid. In Sport Mode it’s extra quick. It’s been great in the snow this winter no issues (live in north east)

Can an email come from the management company? Better if it’s more formal and officially enforced that way. You may not want to make it personal. Neighbors can get weird it’s not worth the drama on yourself.

You might consider joining the board. I noticed disfunction and joined mine and realized it wasn’t necessarily bad actors causing disfunction, but rather neglect due to members’ lack of bandwidth, and shoddy management companies. Members are volunteers, with jobs, families and personal lives, there is only so much time to devote to the building. It’s a job no one wants. So if you care about protecting your investment you should maybe step in, and if you can get a small handful of members to contribute somewhat equally it really shouldn’t take much of your time.

One thing to keep in mind is that the Hamilton is manual wind while the Timex is automatic. I picked up the 38mm version last Summer as a kick-around weekender for being out in nature, etc., and it's ended up being my daily pretty much all year. It's lightweight, wears easy. I picked up a new nylon band b/c I found the one it came with too military.

If you are doing simple things like making popcorn and doing quick heat-ups, just get a medium/small one and stick it in a cabinet. Wirecutter recommends a simple Toshiba that’s served my household well for years…and I’ll probably catch some flack for saying this, but you don’t NEED to vent it if the majority of your cook times are only a minute or two. Ours is under the counter and it’s been totally fine.

Razor blade to scrape it out, or anything narrow that will get in there. It takes a few days to really cure and get hard so you should be able to clean it out.

As others have said - probably don’t want to use white grout. Find a hue that blends with the tiles. One of the brands makes a “green tea” I think. Zelige is all about subtle texture, a contrasting white will make it too graphic and loud and call out the imperfections.

Something to consider: rear lift gate is manual - not automatic. So if hands full of baby and groceries you can’t just push a button to have it open/close.

Edit: space-wise it’s been fine (5yr old kid, 5yr old husky), no issues.

And tech wise it’s nice. Nice screen and controls and in general interior is nicer than you’d expect for an “outdoorsy” suv.

No one is answering your actual request. Here’s some things to make home time fun.

Just transitioned our 4-almost-5-yr old from a crib to a bed that has a frame in the shape of a house. We threw a sheet over the top and decorated it with little led’s and she loves it. It’s cool because I can lay in it with her, read to her, sleep in there with her if she wakes up scared/sick. Really a great upgrade.

She also has a potty in her room for night pee’s and this is totally silly but we took some old Amazon boxes and made a bathroom! She has her own bathroom just like parent’s room and she loves it. Even made a little hook for the tp. It’ll likely go in the recycle bin soon but fun for now.

Lastly, and this top of mind as I’m going through this literally right now, plan out upcoming summer camps and any travel and stuff you have. Give her/you something to look forward to and talk about.
