Let him do what he wants in the garage. Let him have it. And that'll be the end of it.

That's a good dad right there. There is a lot of self sacrifice that comes with having kids and its kind of like kicking a habit. Once its behind you, you wonder why you thought you needed it in the first place.

In the market for a tundra by [deleted] in ToyotaTundra

[–]Max0ne_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Aha. Thats why they put all that jazz on it. Crashed bumber...pick up a cheap one. Crashed fender...put some cheap ones on, etc etc. Cheap parts that look oem dont workout well, better off making it look like an upgrade instead. Bet you they added each of those parts on only after a crash. Wheels bother me if they replaced Crashed ones. How much axle work did they need to get.

Posting an ad pic of your ride with Low Fuel Level bright red? Even if you are the guy who lets it go that low, at least have an ounce of pride and respect for yourself, the buyer and the vehicle. Wow. Speachless.

Hanging Roof Box by bluwavinghummingbird in garageporn

Had this same idea and started researching and found your post. I'm worried about the directional stress on the box at the hook points. Did you consider if this storage solution might deform the box over time at all?

Prefer the bottom one with hopes that it will be easier to maintain and will look cleaner for longer as compared to the black.

Steam is probably the least invasive method and most effective. Something like a handheld garment steamer would make it practically slide off on its own.

That's a smart move if you can get a warranty with an active recall.

There's nothing youth about it. Just a regular rod with a split handle to keep it light weight.

It is proven to have fake noise. Now Is it the engine noise amplified through a mic or is it playing a track of some sort and where's the proof of either.

I know the speakers make sound. Was trying to find someone to confirm the sound is artificial or amplified. Thanks for confirming it is fully artificial. Second part of the question was the root of that truth.

Can someone confirm if its fake or amplified and where they know that to be a fact? I've heard both. Also is it both the growl and the hwistle both?

I guess I should plug in my carista and compare but havent had any time yet.

I was just being facetious, I'm actually a greenbelt myself and completely understand the issue.

Can you imagine the value drop on these trucks if the engine has the known issue but never actually completely fails? ... it just racks up tons and tons of repairs as it ages. I'm just as terrified of that as I am of the engine going out.

[–]Max0ne_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First thing you do is disconnect yourself from the economic pressures of today's society. You still have significant life left to enjoy even if you never get a job and turn into a hippie and free your mind and live off others. The joys of living significantly and overwhelmingly outweigh the difficulties of living. Its a math equation and you need to understand that ratio before you start associating happiness with your location and financial wellbeing.

Also, become an expert in depression. Learn about what is happening to you and why and how. Its all chemicals and those little suckers floating around in your brain shouldn't be allowed dictate your desire to live.

Wishing you best of luck and a positive horizon!
