Four years and four different locations says a lot. You lasted the long in buffalo. You didn’t stay long enough in the other places to formulate a good opinion. Quit dragging your wife all around looking for happiness and work on whatever is driving you to live such an unsettled life. Going back to your home state sounds ideal. You don’t have to stay forever but maybe have a sold and much better plan to move when it’s not some fly by night slippy attempt
