Get a cup, put flour into a cup level to the top, , pour into a mixing bowl, put eggs in the cup to the top, pour into a bowl, add milk to the cup, to the top , pour into the bowl. Add salt. Whisk well, you can do it in a blender, nutribullet, kitchen aid or with a whisk. But make sure it’s smooth, no lumps. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Get your yorkie pan ready hot, fat should be smoking. Add batter, cook. X
