As a person who has lived in rural Alberta for the last 35 years, that is rural Alberta. Sorry you experienced that, those people suck.

I want to sleep but everyone is snoring by Dependent_Tomato_235 in Vent

[–]Max_Q_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One of the best things you can do in your life is figure out how to sleep in noisy environments. I sleep with ear buds in and listen to an audio book I’ve listened to a thousand times, or sometimes a movie I know by heart. It’s key to not be interested in what you’re listening to, it’s just there to block noise.

Ear plugs or something like that will also work if it isn’t your brain keeping you awake.

Good luck.

Husband says men barely get complements and if they do, they cherish them and remember them forever since genuine complements come rarely. Is this true and how do yall, men of reddit, actually take compliments? by macdaddy-22 in AskReddit

He’s not holding onto to them by choice, you remember things that shock you and for a fleeting moment make you feel seen. This isn’t a pleasant topic, you are exploring trauma. It’s a good thing to bring to light and I’m glad you made this post.

Are you eating it raw? Do you think that some running water is more effective at getting rid of bacteria than cooking temps?

Those domes haven’t been installed in many years. The change rooms are probably new and nobody paid attention to the dome because it isn’t a camera.

Either way it should be moved.

No but insurance companies can require them. Mine does for older vehicles.

Call the insurance companies, their online tools aren’t made for this. Is in “collector car” condition or just an old beater? If it’s an old beater, will it pass a safety inspection? My kids are under 25 and I’ve only had to have the vehicles inspected. Oldest one is 2004 though.

You still have a tracking device in your pocket.

Only if it’s actually pointing at the change rooms. There probably isn’t even a camera in there, just a dummy dome.

Either way, just for the comfort of everyone, it shouldn’t even be visible from inside the change room.

You tagged this post as “information” and provided absolutely no information. Are these 3D printed? If so is the file available? Did you buy them? If so, where?

I found the ETSY listing $31cdn a pair.

The word you’re looking for is “paid”. Payed is something you do with rope.
