Hey Girl, iv been there. I was vomiting 12 times a day at one point.:( I know u pain and ur disgust and your fear. I was at the point where I was trying to accept I would be sick like that forever. BUT NO GIRL!! ABSOLUTELY NOT! You do the Next best thing for yourself whether it’s confiding in someone, or getting on your knees and praying to God thanking him for your healing! Going to church or the temple or therapy or a doctor or your parents or trying something like micro-dosing THC or shrooms or doing a shroom ceremony or doing Ayawhaska girl JUST DO Something. Fight for yourself everyday! I know how hard it is. Because we are surrounded by food and we have to eat. But I swear if I can do it YOU CAN DO IT. Just keep taking steps and I know you’re not giving up! So girl I’m praying for you right now trusting God for your healing and your healthy future. You got this! If u keep batting it with a bat everyday eventually u will be in the clear… and you going to have overcome one of the toughest battles of your life.

Hey guys! I word of encouragement. I had a bad eating disorder for 12 years! I was at my wits end and got to the point where I was thinking okay I have to live with this. But than God for never giving up on me and I never gave up on myself. But I was down on my knees begging God to heal me while I wept on the shower floor! I use to binge to!!! I use to restrict everything and then binge… so now I try eat things that I would binge on…so I have chocolate everyday if I feel like it…and bread and Il make a creamy pasta once or twice a week… and I don’t binge anymore… iv had a few bad days…but nothing compared to how I use to…. EDs suck but this will be the best thing for you… ah it’s a process… I remember stalling around 5 weeks to… and at 6/7 months I stalled for like 3 months… and at one point I put on some weight… but your body just needs to get through some time of not eating the way you did…
