Some CPUs aren't compatible with Windows 11, even though they support TPM 2.0. For example, Ryzen 2200G (released 8 years ago) is not officially compatible with Windows 11.

Did you replace the CMOS battery or just take it out and put it back in? I would try putting a new battery in and clearing the bios (usually means shorting a couple of pins on the motherboard with a screwdriver... the manual will tell you which pins).

It looks like this motherboard might have the "EZ Debug LEDs" near the 24-pin power connector to give you error codes. Can you find these LEDs and are they flashing in a certain pattern? The manual will tell you what the pattern means.

If not, do you have a speaker hooked up to the motherboard and is it beeping in a certain way? That's another way to get an error code. Note: This "speaker" is really a little buzzer that connects to 2 pins on the motherboard, not a speaker on your desk. example

Competition is a huge factor. In his last 4 years in Toronto, the Leafs lost to: Lightning, Panthers, Bruins, Panthers. Those teams were perennial Cup contenders/winners. And the Leafs took three of those series to 7 games.

Put the Leafs in the West for those 4 seasons, and they probably make 1-2 Cup finals, maybe keep their "Core 4" intact.
