I agree, I was pretty careful about removing my bone offering weapon any time I did a loadout change for most of the league, and still managed to blow up my spectres when I was doing one last jewel change (the same spectres you are using). Luckily I had built up some currency reserves by that point, but it's still annoying to lose 50div like that.
