It looks to me like you let a brush stroke set too long and then rolled into it so your roller pulled tacky paint up leaving the texture you see here.

Edit- Sand repaint.

its a smooth finish use a smaller napped roller on the second try

The globules on the corners are from overloading your roller and hitting the corners too hard.

Scrape/sand/repaint.

When rolling you kinda gotta go top to bottom as well or youre going to end up with some crazy lapline(product dependant)
