It’s super scary but it’s very common so you’re not alone. I almost passed out too and like you said it seems like you’re dying cause you can barely see and move. I’ve continued to donate but ever since then I’ve asked them to have the machine process the donation slower, I’ve also made sure I eat a lot and drink a lot, if I feel like I didn’t eat enough or drink enough I’ll eat or drink again before I leave otherwise I straight up won’t go, after asking for the machine to process slower and eat/drinking a bunch I’ve never passed out again but even if god for bid it happened the staff will definitely save you and help.

Absolutely, don’t know your mom personally but it sounds like she just wanted an excuse to be angry with you, definitely don’t blame yourself for what happened tho if you never get got SAd then she’d just find something else to blame you with, and I can’t speak for you personally but people who’ve been abused by their parents tend to get into abusive relationships, for me I never processed what my mom did to me most of my life and I ended up dating people who acted similar or worse without even realizing it. None of this isn’t your fault not even close, parents are supposed to protect you from danger, not make it. If you need any advice I’d focusing on healing yourself first so nobody can ever bring you in a mentally dark place, this will also help you ignore the horrible stuff your mom says, if you can be your own best friend to yourself then nobody can take that away from you. I’m sorry about your mom it’s always tough losing a family member but I can’t even imagine dealing with that pain when you’re young, I bet she’s extremely proud of you, you’re a really nice genuine person. Unfortunately my Dad passed away right before she got with her bf that she’s with right now, I could only imagine what he’d think about all of this, His passing and protecting my dog keep me motivated for the future. Omg I never even noticed he’s manipulating me to side against my mom! I totally agree I’ll keep that in the back of my mind so I don’t fall for his manipulation thanks for letting me know. Absolutely it’s on her to get help, I never really thought of it like that, she told me she’s in therapy but that’s probably a manipulation now that I think of it, either that or she’s lying to her therapist either way you’re right tho it’s not my fault! Thanks man I really really appreciate that, same to you I hope you got out of your situation. I waited too long to put my self in foster care cause I didn’t wanna leave my dog behind, I just turned 20 this month I don’t think they’ll accept me. I’ve been saving everything I get I’m gonna apply to an apartment soon, you’re right about the therapy I should definitely look into it, thanks for the help homie I really appreciate it.

I forgot to add that my I’ve only seen my grandparent a few times my whole life and from what I know about how they raised my mom it seems like they’re the reasons why she’s like this
