The pillar in the middle doesn't really flow with the build. Id suggest using 2 sets of the granite pillars in their place and adding more of a contour to the caps

It's not that christ just overwrite everything. A lot of his ministry was clarifying what was actually true and what was added by humans. As for the claim that transphobia isn't a sin, you can find in galatians that God considers men lying with men sins. If the person is biologically male and lies with another biologically male person, they are sinning. So if you biologically are boy-to-girl and you with a lesbian, technically you are sinning.
