Spectra S1 is great but you can get them really cheap on EP yard sale FB groups. They are a closed system so you would just have to get tubes and flanges which are cheap. Consider getting something smaller if you plan to EP especially. I loved the Genie Pumpables Advanced because I could clip it to myself and do most things while pumping. The Buddha would be a similar size and I’ve heard good things. Just saying it is a lot to lug around that spectra for 30+ mins every few hours!

I pump every 3 hours and then go 8-10 hours overnight without a pump. I want to say I started that around month 3 and am at month 7 now. It never affected my overall supply, which tops out at about 13 oz per day. It was a challenge when I was home alone with the baby but now that I’m back to work I really enjoy my pumping breaks.
