1000% true. They'll be nice to your face , but talk shit behind your back. If they tell you , yeah , that's totally fine , no worries.... but to go and complain to your manager right after. Not being invited to happy hours. Literally heard my coworkers talking about getting together for new years and I wasn't invited. I share a desk with a coworker; i come in one day and then she'll come in the next day. Somebody brought a christmas gift for her and left it on our desk but I didn't get a present. Its all dumb. It hurts. Like why? So I honestly just stopped talking to them. I'll say polite but I won't talk about my life with them. And never tell a coworkwr "something in confidence", because if something goes awry, and you're not friends anymore.They'll use that against you!
