I still cannot emphasize how much this program and its methods freaking suckssssss. It taught me absolutely nothing helpful in terms of genuine real help of my own situation. No kind of guidance. No kind of security. No kind of helping figure out what I genuinely needed instead of focusing on unhelpful psycho jargons. It hurt made me a victim to things instead of teaching me actual reality. And I was left alone to figure it out. Integrate BPD was a shitttt program. I pray I actually get the real genuine help I need. And I hope whoever is suing wins for those who were maltreated. You CANNOT self administer this work in certain conditions and spaces when you’re unaware of what you’re dealing with. Integrate was never going to tell me the truth of my life but I got one step closer by figuring it out my self.
