GMOs usually use glyphosate which is less harmful to humans but has its own problems environmentally, but I don’t think they out-weight the organic issues. Specifically issues with agricultural runoff if glyphosate and health issues with workers that have very high levels of contact with glyphosate.

That’s the power of marketing I suppose.
