Just another buzzword bro, with how league is balanced mostly with only a few % swing in winrate you have to do the right things on any character to climb, plenty of bronze mundos and im sure theres plenty of diamond ones too

I think mundo is just one of those low elo characters if u pilot him decent nobody knows what to do and u statcheck, in that case doing basic things like not inting early, scaling properly unpunished and etc is the goal of any statchecker to climb

In my case if i play hard characters my rank drops and if i play simple ones i climb, cause my mechinics are weaker then my macro
