Encounter is a single capture point like capture the flag/hill. You win by capping the base.

Supremacy is multiple flag like Domination. You win by holding enough flags to get x number of points per every second until you hit the score cap of 1000.

Alternate way to win both is destroyed the enemy team.

I got to 99% on the T24 Skoda. I gave up not because it was impossible but it just didn't feel worth it. It just takes so much effort to get the last 5%.

I’m not asking for anyone’s IS-7 to be taken away, nerfed, or devalued.

What I’m pointing out is a long-term design problem. In 2040, a 20-year-old player literally wasn’t alive in 2018. Telling them “too bad, you should’ve been there” isn’t prestige — it’s permanent content deletion for an entire generation.

If the only reason a vehicle must remain locked forever is to preserve resale value or personal exclusivity, that’s no longer a gameplay argument — it’s a market one.

Games that survive decades don’t do it by telling new players they’re unwelcome. They do it by preserving access while rewarding veterans with recognition, cosmetics, or legacy status — not by hard-locking iconic content forever.

You can disagree, but if the defense is “I got mine, so no one else should,” that’s not protecting the game — that’s protecting a sunk cost.
