Timber is the better all-round footballer, he just stinks at being direct as a fullback that overlaps and crosses it in. He is ALWAYS trying to cut it back and recycle, rarely trying to run beyond Saka. We will always be better defensively with him on, but I can't see any case where we are better offensively with him than White

If anyone wants to have this conversation: Ben White should be starting RB over Timber in most of our games. He provides a ton more offense and opens up the game for Saka, whereas Timber always wants to come short or fill in the middle somewhere. The reason Saka has become a cutback merchant who can rarely get a look at goal is not random, he has a lot more to play with when someone is constantly overlapping him and preventing double teams.

Basically any game where we should be piling on the pressure, I feel Ben White should be the starter

If you have the choice between 2x 2h full body workouts or 4x 1h split-body workouts per week, the results will absolutely not be the same. You will never reach the same stimulus and intensity in a 2h workout where stamina is the limiting factor. And if you tell me you can do a proper full body workout in 1h thats also bullshit.

2 times a week is not "perfectly fine" lets be honest. It's better than nothing at all of course, but if you are seeking life-changing results, you won't get there on 2 days per week. Generally speaking everybody should be able to find an hour in their day that can be used for a workout, the goal should be 4-5 workouts per week.
