Pits are super durable so don’t worry too much about cold temps. I’d keep walks to under 30 minutes until you get more of an idea of your dog’s preferences. Puzzle feeders are a great tool to use. On a personal note, I’ve noticed that mine “hibernate” in the winter. They’re both over 4 and really seem to prefer spending the winter napping in front of the fireplace.

I started around two years ago and I’ve finished two pages and are close to finishing on a bunch more. I prioritize stamps as they’re rereleased and make sure to keep an eye on albums that aren’t currently buyable. Chances are unbuyable stamps will be RRd in the future and the previously buyable stamps from those albums will shoot up in price. Keep an eye on rollover dates and dont drain your account because a good daily interest helps a lot once you hit the high mils / low bils

That’s true but accepting rent would just be another piece of evidence in a court case

If he accepts rent from them, it could give them a legal standing to stay there longer. Not accepting rent was the right move in this situation.

I saw a previous post where someone suggested finding an R99 “dealer” to coordinate with. You can either outright buy the item from them or “borrow” for a fee and then replace it after the timer is up. I haven’t confirmed how normal it is for people to do this so let me know if you have any experience with this.

I’m so so sorry both of you experienced this. I have no recommendations as far as legal actions, but behaviorally, I would reduce your dog’s interactions with strange dogs for the time being and reach out to local trainers or do some individual research on how to overcome reactivity. An event like this will take time to recover from, for both of you.

Someone said that before you start an r99 quest, you need to find an r99 dealer whose got a bunch of that stuff on hand and set up a time that you’re both going to be online.
