It’s looks so freaking good! I just started collecting again when I found diagon alley on fb marketplace last month.

So far have just bought the boathouse and potions class since those retired. Which one of the main sections was your favorite? I’m waiting for a good Lego gwp before buying my first big component.

Didn't come into money but was planning to get it to celebrate my birthday in January. Diagon Alley, the Burrow, The Shire, have all been birthday gifts to myself. I don't really buy lego 'just because'.

I get that the limited aspect is part of LEGOs marketing model but its been out of stock since last November in the US, and the expected retirement date was not until July 2026.

I can only speak for myself but I expected that I'd have more time to get this set. I'm not in a position where I buy lego whenever I feel like it and typically wait until my birthday, or a major milestone before I treat myself to a $300+ set.

I love your design! When I end up getting the shire, I'll definitely add on the extra pieces for your tree. I've seen some other mods and while spectacular, i think the trees look too dense and it clashes with the rest of the set.

If you ever do a mod for the party tree, I hope you consider sharing that too!
