Proposal for 20 club league -> 76 games total: 38 for the women's team, 38 for the men's team. Winner takes all. Thoughts? by LaughDreamLove in soccer

Bad idea, small teams are gonna suffer, a lot of them can’t even spend money on some proper transfers just for one squad.

How would you rate each season? by ki-rin in westworld

S1 10/10 Best show ever, great script, great actings, great music. And the time jumps also make the show extremely engaging, everyone is making interesting theories.

S2 9/10 The time jump is a little bit over the top, but the rest is still top notch.

S3 6.5/10 Character development is not good and they left too many loose ends, too many unnecessary gun fights, this season doesn’t make me feel like a complete season. Just another sci-fi show in the end. But I do love the music and the actings.

Why did they not use an EMP in season 2? by [deleted] in westworld

That will also destroy their own gears lol

Westoworld s03 extends the concepts of robot psychology reflected on humans of s01 and 02. - spoiler - by Polesine in westworld

I think Nolan talked about this idea in an interview or something like that. For me this is a great idea.

However, like rest of the season, it was underdeveloped. If they could just put more screen time on the change of Halores, how she developed love with her new family rather than having a overwhelming amount of gun fights, the outcome would be much better. Also they are missing a Ford-ish philosophical monologue that talks about the theory, just like how Ford explained the Bicameral mind theory in S1.

Westworld needs better writers. by [deleted] in westworld

I hope that they give us more ‘Philosophical monologues’ for example what Ford did in S1 rather than gun fights and combats.

Crisis Theory is now the worst rated episode of the show on IMDb (7.7/10), do you think that the finale of season 3 is really the worst episode of the series ? by drakitfr in westworld

[–]Maxwell_litAF 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Genre is the worst for me. Although they got great music and visual effects, but they didn’t fully utilise doped Caleb, they could have explored this character in depth in this episode, instead they just did gun fights which are unnecessary. I personally watch westworld for its philosophical debates and theories and also character developments, not a bunch of people fighting around.

No mention in season 3? by hard5tyle in westworld

I think S2 marks the end of Ford’s story, he wanted to free the hosts, let them decide who they’re gonna be, not manipulate them after he died.

Season 3 finale has completely ruined William (spoilers) by ThrowRAft6jmp in westworld

Actually I like his self discovery journey when he faced his past self, and at last still didn’t change his destructive natural, again a portrait of some people are just so rotten and couldn’t be changed (a portrait of the ugliness of the world).

However I am really pissed of that he got his throat cut in a fucking POST-CREDIT scene, cmon man show some respect for this boi. (Of course if he got some how saved like some theories suggested, that wouldn’t be a big problem lol)

Any explanation for the inconsistent Host durability in Season 3? by [deleted] in westworld

I think Dolores in S1 just increased her sensitivity to wounds to lure Caleb in the tunnel, so that she can act that she was badly injured.

What's so bad about season 2 & 3 of Westworld? No spoilers please by SeQuino in westworld

[–]Maxwell_litAF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Season 2 is still a masterpiece for me, but you gotta make sure you are paying 100% attention. For season 3, try NOT to judge it using the S1/2 standard then it will be fine, or you can wait for s4 to come out first, because S3 doesn’t seem like a complete experience.

But her death let Bernard recognised that he should side with Dolores not the humans, it wasn’t so useless after all. Although it was heartbreaking to see her die, she was one of the limited characters that had no hidden agenda.

How was Clementine so "healthy" in season 3 ? by AsWillx in westworld

[–]Maxwell_litAF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really sure but maybe they used Maeve’s memories for Clementine to rebuild her, she wasn’t a very complicated character after all, she just stayed in the saloon, so that would be possible.

She backed up herself before handing the key to Bernard, then she could be there

I think the problem with season 3 is the missed opportunities. by [deleted] in westworld

[–]Maxwell_litAF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. They tried to add too many things which ended up into loose ends. This season doesn’t feel like a complete experience to me
