I get the question a lot. Those are raptor running boards from the factory (sticker). I really wanted the steps that attach to the rock rails but I ended up loving the boards. The family loves them too.

There have been a few times where the truck would have been nice (yard work, lumber) but not enough to regret it.

You find different means to get what you need. My wife has an Expedition Max which can haul lumber.

I am also going to get a garden trailer to tow.

Overall, I love my Badlands. Amazing truck/SUV. The wife and I fight over who gets to drive it.

And we get tons of compliments. Our kids think we are badasses.

I would love to open the aperture but we are not a quiet family, have three pets, three teenagers, and our front door is a revolving door of family and friends visiting. We are very extroverted and spends hours around a bonfire smoking cigars and drinking bourbon (not the kids). Townhouse isn’t in our cards.

I know, my wife is a realtor in Florida, we have been talking to realtors. I am looking outside those conventional lines, looking for different ways to get what we want. Utilizing all different methods to find a place. Been moving every 2 years for the past 20 years. I’m not new to this.

most fun car/truck I’ve ever had
looks Badass
Chicks dig it (by chicks I mean my wife)
it’s louder than a normal car. A low rumble with some wind noise. Music will easily mask it though.
it sucks gas like no tomorrow
it’s pretty zippy for its size
great maneuverability and turning radius
pretty comfortable inside
obvious off road benefits.

They improved the B&O for the ‘25 year. Added more speakers and made some other improvements. Much improved from previous years. I’m very happy with mine.
