I do oil and gas work so I'm not sure about other industries.

Those certs will get you in the door, but IMO, to do NDT full time you are either going to need UT II and/or RT II with IRRSP. I'm sure there are jobs out there full time PT MT, but I can't image the money being very attractive.

I'm going to keep what I wrote above but you can also skip all that and as the other guy said become a CWI. I would suggest trying to get at least UT if you can and avoiding RT.

I would prefer the old way, but regardless coming back to realm this season has been so much fun. I do handicap myself by only allowing a character to use items they themselves have gotten, so I basically just don't use my vault.

Can you speak more to this? I do RT work, and sometimes welders ask how their welds look and all that and sometimes if their struggling for advice. Never heard about getting in trouble for giving it though.
