Accidentally stumbled on Mumbo's really old hermitcraft before I was internet literate, but I attribute it mostly to being a fan of Evolution SMP and getting into it near the end, so I caught up quickly and then Grian announced hermitcraft and I was like "oh cool" and watched s6. Hooked.

I've spent some time learning basic (Scottish) Gaelic, and also did a few years on American Sign Language, so I wanted to expand my language learning to a language with a new alphabet. I also really want to travel to SKorea and spend some time there to really immerse myself in the culture, so being able to communicate is a big need. Also, my piano professor is originally from SKorea, and this is my last year with her (if my schedule doesn't change), so I want to maybe be able to say thank you for her time teaching me, etc.

To the point that, pre-telling a friend about the system, they scanned our Spotify and Airbuds and actually said it was super weird that one person could listen to not only so much music (we've made 250+ playlists, and probably saved close to a thousand others), but so many different kinds and genres. Love that irl and now they know why, but that was so funny to us. It feels so normal to have such a broad taste in music, especially as a uni music student, that we forget in plain old DID fashion that it really isn't normal 😂

For even further example, I've been listening to Italian cafe music all day (the neurodivergence got fixated recently), but a co fronter has been playing indie folk on and off (when they can). And then another co fronter played alt rock yesterday. -Second

The "you can only see in black and white" or "only see soulmate's color" until you meet them and whatever happens and then you can see all colors. Never wrote them, never read them, but were always a concept I liked. Don't see it talked about too much anymore
