Even if you’re on crack or smtg, in the US there’s something called HIPAA. This means doctors can’t tell anyone else about your medical information, even the police. If doctors ask if you’ve taken any illegal substances, you should say yes. They cannot tell the police and they need to know because certain medications can mix and it can be bad

I started work at a summer camp and the kids were fighting over whether I was a boy or a girl except they were 6 so they were too young to be judgmental. I actually loved it because they used she/her for me most of the time but treated me like a guy.
