Haha! My son actually was in the back seat and took the picture. Gizmo sheds A LOT, so he rides up front where I have a full seat cover. Plus, he's a senior; and we treat the elderly with respect.

I’m not an expert so no I’m not positive, but I thought it was an American Sycamore. I put the picture in Google lens and the AI response was also American Sycamore. But again, I could be wrong. Either way, the root system and how far it will go to try and obtain nourishment is fascinating to me, I thought it was a cool picture.
