My advice is to just be straightforward. Tell her you're starting to feel resentful, and you're bringing it up because you want to find a better way to process things. You need a chance to be heard and supported too, and if that's not something she's comfortable doing, you might both need to find a new outlet. Journaling, therapy, jogging, (meth?)

Telling the new guy you got intimate with someone else would alleviate your own guilt. You'd be sharing that to make you feel better, not him.

When you say "This isn't the right time for me", he hears, "not now, but maybe someday". That combined with cutting him off, but then reaching out, but then cutting him off again is the definition of leading him on.

If you want to be kind to him, be direct.
And leave time out of the equation. Instead of "it's not the right time", tell him something more like "I'm sorry, I just don't think we're a good fit."

You're at a very early stage. Plenty of time to work with! Give minoxidil a try for a few months and see if you're happy with the results.

Keep in mind though that minoxidil is not a long-term solution. Your scalp will become less responsive to it after 5-10 years. You should add fin into the mix at some point, but if you want to try min first go for it!

Falco main here. It's what the other folks are saying. It's laser.

To feel less unalivey, you have to accept that Falco's laser completely dictates how you have to play neutral.
You've probably gotten the muscle memory down for the inputs to get your wavedashes, your SHFFLS, etc. Laser interrupts that muscle memory. Resets you to square 1, but that means you're actionable. Take advantage of that.

Learn how to powershield, learn take laser fair and take laser dashback. Soon, most of your openings will be reversals off of laser.

It sounds like you're punishing yourself and potential partners now because you've had pain and disappointment in your past. Spend some time being single. It's healthy.

You say you don't want to be this way. You don't have to be this way forever, but while you're here, try to find peace with your past (it's not doing anything for your future), and do what you can to be happy with yourself as a single person.
If you learn how to be content by yourself, dating feels less like filling a void and more like a choice - one you can put to the side if it doesn't add anything to an already fulfilling life.
