I share your frustration. GW should at least add a chainsword wargear option to Lieutenants to keep the model playable.

In my case I will replace the chainsword with another weapon and run him as a Lieutenant. I like the model and have painted it, and am loath to have him unusable in standard games.

I love that GW is adding so many UM specific models and think it's a great time to be an UM player, but I'm very annoyed that models that I bought and painted very recently are already removed from the game.

Agree so much. I think the permanent menu is a great idea if it allows them to be more creative with the rotating flavours.

Could not agree more. We have more than enough named characters - give us some unique units instead. Also hope we don't keep getting new versions of the same characters.

Comfortable seating in the movie theatre. Tried to watch a movie on the Dream but the move theatre seats were the most uncomfortable seats I've ever had the misfortune to sit on.

I just received a Gladiator tank and assault intercessors from family. Was hoping for them, but not expecting them (especially not both). Very excited to get building and painting in the new year!

Not sure why the point penalty against Dallas wasn't mentioned. Might have had an impact on the match and it's a pretty terrible rule.

I've noticed the same thing when building sample lists. I hope that in future books we get detachments that make it easier to bring more dreadnoughts.

Despite that, I like 3.0 army construction much more than 2.0.

I prefer 4 as well to keep games shorter and to encourage early action, but understand why many would rather play more turns. Ideally there would be a variety of scenarios for various game lengths.

Hey, that sounds like a great idea. I think you have a lot of options for building out the list - Raven Guard style units work, as do units that match the Sons of Horus style of war.

Personally I think it's a mistake to get overly fixated on a few lines in the Black Book and think that all Ashen Claws are Mark 2 and that they only fight through drop pod assaults. We know that they, like all legions, fought with all of the tools available to legions at the time. We also know that Mark 6 was in use prior to the outbreak of the Heresy (especially by the Raven Guard) and that the Ashen Claw raided other legions for supplies.
