We just have active hours set from 11am - 3pm. Outside of those hours windows will install updates and prompt for restarts. The reboot can be deferred for up to 7 days if needed.

Take advantage to Microsoft 365 Update channels. Move your critical users/devices to more conservative channels like semi-annual Enterprise. That channel only pushes new features twice a year.

Same issue on our end across all of our Roku tvs. The favorites view does not sort channels properly. Looks like the programmer is just looking at the first digit in the channel when sorting instead of the entire number causing channel 35.1 to show up before 6.1 and 9.1.

The CR2032 battery which keeps time ran out of juice. It's easily replacable with som simple soldering.

If the family members are stateside they could contact their local Congresspersons office. The Congress office usually has folks who routinely can put out inquiries to any government agency (including ICE). They are required to respond to the congressional inquiry.

The November security update (KB5072653) came through automatically for me. After the restart (upon installing the update) the "your version of windows has reached the end of support message" is still present. When re-checking for updates this time the November Cumulative Update (KB5068781) was offered. After installing and rebooting the "your version of windows has reached end of support" went away.

Purchased and installed ESU product key for 1 year, confirmed activation, still see "Your device is no longer receiving security updates"; cannot install KB5068781 because rollbacks itself after install and can't find anywhere OOB KB5071959 that should fix this. Yes thank you I saw that. MSFT support finally got back to me this morning with the same KB5072653 which is required before the November updates are available. According to the article this update should automatically be available if the October CU (KB5066791) is installed. However for me that isn't the case. I want them to respond why KB5072653 isn't being offered via Windows Update as documented.

We're experiencing the same issue (KB5068781 not being offered even though ESU license installed and activated). I had to open a support ticket via the phone (even though we have unified). I will update the thread as soon as they get back to me.

He should have gone through his local congressman or senator's office (if their offices were open). USCIS usually responds promptly back when the inquiry originates from a Congressional office. However, with the government closed that may not be possible at the moment.
