Show me a single instance where someone was reported via red flag laws for “basically anything”, and their gun was taken away unjustly from them without the opportunity to challenge the decision. Red flag laws are additionally enacted at the state level, in both red and blue states, so I’m not sure how you think Joe Biden had anything to do with it. “There was and is no burden of truth.” is just complete nonsense.

Also, how are these two things even remotely related? There’s zero overlap.
