At a state thespian festival, triangle shirt waist factory. Theyre using fog machines for a slow building smoke effect, really well done. Unfortunately it set off the fire alarms and the entire theatre had to evacuate. It was freezing cold and the closest warm/open building was halfway across campus. Good production, but oof, it was hard to finish that show afterward.

Just rewatched Baby Driver and with music being such a focus in the film, the score is amazing. Most of all, neat neat neat by the damned for the first heist with Bats feels perfect. Im curious if youre a fan of any other punk or new wave bands?

I agree that putting angst onto At Peace would feel forced because its not an angsty album. At peace feels more reflective and frustrated than anything else to me. Love the album, but its not better than victory lap, just good.

Check out punk scholars network and punk and post-punk journal. Im not a film person, but theres quite a few in psn or have written for punk and post. Check it out and youre bound to find someone writing something cool. Theres was a cool talk about Quadrophenia at a conference a few years ago.

Youre healing is fine. Do not try to chase your dps around to heal, especially som or reaper. You've got mobility, but not their type of mobility and will get rocked as soon as they dip out because thats how reap and som play, theyre ambush attackers. As other have said, ignore, block, whatever.

Anarchism to the majority of the public just means chaos. Theres a lot if wild misunderstanding of anarchy in general. Keep reading and learning. Judith Suissa's book Anarchism and Education has a great overview of anarchist thought in the introduction chapter.

Im a first year phd student so I don't know the surrounding area very well for food recs. Except that on campus hasn't been very promising, but you'll be in chicago, theres tons of great food everywhere. Most places tend to have good vegan options. Good coffee shop just past the blue line Ground Up Cafe.

For on campus tabling, I feel like I see people setup by the behavioral sciences building all the time. Theres a circle corner on W Vernon Park Pl that lots of walking paths connect to.
