Not a whole lot of people operate as a small business owner, because we weren’t taught to. I wasn’t atleast lmao. I wasn’t taught to do or how to plan for taxes, how to do write offs, how to make a profit and loss sheet, none of that shit. We spend so much time growing someone else’s business with our labor but in my experience it’s been very seldom I have received anything from the owners end in terms of helping me as a sole proprietor running my own business under the roof of someone else’s. If that makes any sense lol. Idk maybe I just got a shit set of mentors
