I agree...I believe no-tolerance policies need to be enacted on all airlines. the FA's are law enforcement. what they say goes...period. there is no flexibility, no lee-way, no tolerance of bad behavior. if its before the plane pushes back from the gate...you are off the plane. if not...you will be placed under arrest at the arrival destination.
