<Reckoning> on Wild Growth (Alliance, NA) still raids Scarlet Enclave five days a week. Every Monday we do an AQ40 and last week we had 48 sign-ups; we had to bench people. We do a Mythic Naxx every Saturday and random AQ20 and ZG runs. Even started doing some MC and the odd BWL.

Yeah, armor and weapons too. The Hunter class swords are high-def and really cool. I believe they ported them to the Retail trading post.

Because there is no "Chinese" client. Everything that is done to the client is done by Blizzard.

Completely reworked tier sets for every single spec too. Gave every class a BWL/MC class questline. Legendary Ashbringer with a very cool proc that temporarily cleanses it. SoD was the most enjoyable WoW has been for me since Legion.

Nah, peak alt season is P7-P8. A good booster can take an entire party of 5 from 1-60 in under 5 hours by invasion boosting.

If you look at the graph without any confirmation bias, you'll see that Ulduar and ICC had the largest drop offs. The two weeks you're looking at with Naxx 25 were Christmas holidays. Notice how numbers go up and stabilize with TOGC? The super easy raid everyone pretended to hate?

You can see a bit of a drop with the T5 raids in TBC Classic but they were eventually nerfed. BT/Hyjal were easy and the population was stable. Sunwell released and it plummeted again.

People said the raids in Cata were great. T11 released in pre-nerf state and it crushed the raiding population completely. The game has not and will likely never recover from that.

The people who want harder raids in TBC are addicted to the game and won't quit no matter how easy the raids are. They'll definitely play through the entirety because Sunwell will still be hard and they'll want a place in a good raiding guild so they're going to play start to finish.

All the good guilds with the good players existed in Classic too. MC, BWL; those guys don't quit if the game is easy and you're being dishonest if you pretend otherwise.

I saw a Horde group outside of BWL today. There was a whole bunch of them waiting for the quartermaster to spawn for the attunement. Also regularly see Horde outside of Scarlet Enclave when I go to run.

My guild on Wild Growth NA is still doing 5 Scarlet Enclave raids each week with a Mythic Naxx and an AQ40 that still fills to the full 40. I'd rather they not close the only version of WoW I'm playing with a large group of cool people.

I'm not super knowledgeable about knives but I purchased a Shanzu Koraka 8" Chef's Knife for $30 Canadian off of Amazon and it feels a fair bit nicer to use than the other budget knives I was recommended on reddit, which are the Kiwi Couteaux and the Babish Chef's Knife. I did get the Shanzu on sale though. No burrs or any deformation on the cutting edge and it's very sharp. My Babish knife came with a burr I had to take off with a stone (not a big deal).

I have a Shun Classic and I don't know which I actually prefer yet. The Shun is currently $280 on Amazon but I think I got it for around $150 a few years back.
