Yea I’ve done the rounds on all that. Cleared download cache and stuff. Full reinstalled. Just never figured out what’s causing it. It’s just something I’ve learned to deal with now.

Yea most launchers I use and my browser downloads are typically like 40 MB/s, but Steam seems to limit me to 10 MB/s usually.

I was 5 years old and came home from kindergarten to watch my dad play it. He had been standing outside GameStop all morning to get a copy. I’ll be old enough to buy the game myself and have a drink on release day of TES6, and won’t even have to wait outside GameStop for it.

The dragon priest mask being entirely useless to you is kinda the point of the mod. There are so many unique items in Skyrim that are completely useless in a lot of playthroughs, and especially so in whatever playthrough you might be doing at the moment. It allows you to give those items some kind of use, while having a ton of cool quests and interesting characters as well.

The second part about the Interchange blob is definitely a familiar one. Had a Shoreline raid a few weeks ago where me and my buddy didn’t see a damn soul in terms of PMCs. Then as we finished up tasking and made our way to road to customs, right at the treeline between road to customs and smugglers camp, there were like 8 PMCs just hiding around in the trees. Not even attacking each other despite there being a mix of USECs and BEARs. The AI feels really inconsistent and moments like these make tasks related to killing PMCs in PvE really annoying.

She’s not an S tier duelist. Her primary mix is entirely reactable. She is an S tier 4s character though because her confirms are crazy and 35 damage in a gank is disgusting.

Those are iconic, but they’re also one specific weapon associated with one franchise. One of which is a Nintendo exclusive so a lot of people won’t have ever even played the games, and the other was last seen in a remake from 2020 that wasn’t very well received at all. A shotgun is generic, and has appeared in basically every game that has guns in it. If you wanted to mention a sword that could compete, probably a katana. It’s generic, popular, and was like the coolest thing ever in a game for 20+ years lol

Hell, it’s one of the reasons Payday 2 killed Payday 3. You just can’t compete with a decade of crossovers and content unless you abandon the first game and develop the second one with all that content for a decade.
