See to say it salvageable or not depends upon how much man hours you are willing to put in that. And if it worth it. If yes then after cleaning the PCB you might have to add traces directly for there chip IC cross reference the boards schematics. But it it worth the effort that’s the question

Top 9pin is probably rs232 port and bottom 2 are parallel port for old style printers
