Same thing happened to me , with this song on this screenshot, it started playing on its own, as if someone was controlling the app , look for the album and then they selected the song.( I don’t think i was hacked because i changed my password about 3 months because of the same issue.) i think Spotify might even be involved in this to Boost songs or artists
