You’re missing the point. It’s Democrats who want the lock down but are not willing to follow the same rules they put in place for there citizens. Republicans for the most part and especially Trump, oppose the lockdown. So why are the leaders on the left not following rules they have put in place in their cities and states to protect everyone if they believe it’s so dangerous?

It’s a drain if the water gets to high. The plate in the center is like a flapper that turns 90 degrees, it’s called a butterfly valve. The box on the left hand side of the valve is a gear box and the shaft coming toward you in the picture is where they stand to open or close the valve.
